Robert Lee, President of the Victorian Society for Contemporary Art, opened the first A4 Art Australia exhibition.
The exhibition was organized by a team of volunteers from the Victorian Contemporary Art Association. “Our committee has selected 286 pieces of contemporary art representing 101 artists from across Australia for this national A4 art exhibition . The materials used are also varied: acrylic, aquatint, bronze, canvas, ceramics, charcoal, clay, collage, chalk, cyanotype, digital printing, e-mail, etching, felt, giclee, gosh, graphite, ebony, linocut. , mixed media, oil pastels, pastels, pens, pencils, photography, resins, porcelain, zinc printing, rice paper, textiles and watercolors!
